Terms of Service

1. Agreement

AndonOps is a product of Podium Products ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using andonops.com and its tenant subdomains (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The Service

AndonOps provides manufacturing operations software, including quoting, sales orders, work orders, travelers, shop-floor tracking, scanning, and invoicing. Features available to you depend on your plan.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials, for the users you invite into your workspace, and for all activity under your account. Keep your contact email current, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor.
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect on your next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • One-time services (such as professional setup) are billed separately and are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Free trial

New workspaces receive a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. When the trial ends, access is suspended until a subscription begins. Trial workspaces may be deleted after extended inactivity.

6. Your data

You own your business data. Each workspace is stored in its own isolated database. We access your data only to operate, support, and secure the Service. You may request an export of your data at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to breach security, accessing another tenant's data, reselling the Service without authorization, sending spam through it, or using it for unlawful purposes.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and backed up, but the Service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed service level unless separately agreed in writing. We may modify features over time.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service. After termination, we retain workspace data for up to 60 days for recovery purposes, then delete it.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
