Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
AndonOps is a product of Podium Products. This policy explains what we collect when you use andonops.com and its tenant subdomains, and how we handle it.
2. What we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, company name, and workspace address when you sign up or are invited to a workspace.
- Business data — the customers, parts, quotes, orders, and related records you enter into your workspace. This data belongs to you.
- Payment information — handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Card numbers never touch our servers; we store only billing status and references to Stripe records.
- Usage and log data — IP addresses, browser type, and request logs used for security and troubleshooting.
3. How we use it
We use this information to operate the Service, process billing, provide support, secure the platform, and send service-related email such as verification, password reset, and billing notices. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data for advertising.
4. Data isolation and storage
Each workspace is stored in its own isolated database — your records never share tables with another company's. Data is stored on servers located in the United States and backed up regularly.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service (payment processing by Stripe, server hosting), when required by law, or with your direction. Service providers are bound to use data only to provide their services to us.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. After cancellation or termination, workspace data is retained for up to 60 days for recovery, then deleted. You may request deletion or an export of your data at any time.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a security token to protect forms. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Security
All traffic is encrypted with TLS, passwords are stored hashed, and workspace databases are isolated per tenant. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your data seriously and limit access to those who need it.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by contacting us. Workspace administrators control the business data in their workspace, including records that mention their own customers.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
